What many people don't know about Katy's is that it's named after the owner's wife. Since 2007, Katy's Dumplings has handmade all of its noodles and dumplings in addition to the traditional cold dishes found in the front fridge. Its recipes are passed down from generation to generation originating from a small village in Northern China.
